Age or more who have attended regularly B.B. band practice with good conduct for two sessions, who pass a test and who, in the opinion of their Captain, have attained a satisfactory standard or proficiency on their instrument. The minimum number of practices must be 25 per session. In the case of bands not having 25 practices in one session, regular attendance covering at least 50 practices in three Sessions may be taken as the equivalent.
