Camper's

Awarded to Boys of 14 B.B. age or more who hold the Three Years' Service Badge, have attended B.B. Camps under canvas in three different years for at least seven consecutive days each year with good conduct, and who pass the following tests:
1) With the assistance of three Boys, who do not hold the Camper's Badge, supervise the pitching of a tent completely and correctly within 20 minutes, and with similar assistance the striking and packing of a tent within 10 minutes. The tent must be capable of providing sleeping accommodation for at least 8 Boys.
2) Pass a written or oral examination on five of the subjects:
(a) Camp Lay-out and Site
(b) Camp Routine
(c) Tent Craft
(d) Sanitation and Hygiene
(e) The Duties of an Orderly Squad
(f) Camp Cooking
(g) Transport

The examination will be based on the B.B. Camp Handbook and set by the Captain of the Company or other competent Officer.
